Heart Rate Variability Analysis can be used as an indicator of overall health and can be used to monitor health/fitness changes.   Online assessment will allow the user insights into their current health status. Access to the wellness site is secured with the use of a low cost USB hardware PPG (photoplethysmograph) device.  Once the user subscribes to the site he will be offered an array of interactive wellness screen profiles.  The assessments will be evaluated from proprietary age and gender research norms to offer a comparative analysis of the user’s health compared to similar individuals of the same age and gender group.

State of the art Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis algorithms are used to evaluate ones health status.  Changes and fluctuation in an individual heart wave signal will be analyzed. In simple terms, a flattened heart rhythm signal reflects a different health status as compared to robust coherent signal.  Simple provocative test are used to gain insights into wellness changes from an initial individual baseline.  The HRV signal information will provide the ability to assess the end user’s health, wellness, stress levels and fitness condition similar to taking a health snapshot or health barometer for the day month or year. 

In the future the Wellness Site will design and add additional end user product options and information to extend product life and enhance subscription value.  The user will want to return to the site to monitor their health change and to chart their health progress over time.  The screens are designed with high quality graphics that are informative, Intuitive and entertaining while at the same time promoting wellness and individual health insights.  A true “Interactive Physiological Internet” web based concept is at your finger tips.
